HPEM, Liver Cells Culture Medium(FBS Free)

Hepatocellular culture medium is a complete culture medium without serum that can maintain 

normal proliferation of liver cells, suitable for primary liver cells and immortalized liver cell lines.

The liver cell culture medium has been tested and optimized for 10 different parts of the human 

body. It does not contain serum or protein derived from animal components, reducing interference 

caused by animal components. The medium is sterile, mycoplasma free, and endotoxin free, with 

basic addition of DL-a and other components to promote liver cell growth. Therefore, heparin, 

insulin, liver cell growth factor, cortisol and other components are added. In order to achieve normal

 cellular metabolism, the medium minimizes growth stimulating factor components as much as 

possible.
