ToProcult™ -Stomach Tumor Medium(XF)

ToProcult™ -Stomach Medium Primary Gastric Cancer Cell Medium (XF) is a serum-free medium that uses BSA to replace serum to rapidly extract and expand gastric cancer cells from human or small animal gastric cancer-associated tissues or body fluids. ToProcult™ -Stomach Medium has clear components, which add the protein and BSA required for the growth of gastric cancer cells to reduce the contamination of fetal bovine serum in primary extraction. In addition to the specific growth factor for gastric cancer cells, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel. The content of stromal adhesion protein is not less than 10mg/ml, which can increase the adhesion adsorption ability of tissues or cells. Small molecular compounds are used to inhibit the growth of non-gastric cancer cells in the foundation, and it is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumorigenic cells, and the separation and culture of human primary gastric cancer cells such as surgery and puncture.
