ToProcult™-Stomach Basic Medium(XF)

This medium formulation is clearly defined, incorporating proteins and BSA essential for gastric cancer cell growth while minimising contamination from foetal bovine serum in primary cell isolation. The use of small-molecule compounds in the base medium inhibits the growth of non-gastric cancer cells, making it suitable for the isolation, separation, and culture of tumour-forming cells from small animals, as well as for the isolation and culture of primary gastric cancer cells derived from human sources via surgical resection, fine-needle aspiration, and other procedures.

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
