ECGS-M Endothelial Cell Growth Factor

Endothelial cell growth factor has been optimized in our laboratory across over ten types of vascular endothelial cells and endothelial cell lines. It primarily consists of endothelial cell growth medium lacking endothelial cell growth supplement (ECGS, bovine hypothalamic extract), insulin-like growth factor, and vascular endothelial growth factor. Appropriate levels of VEGF and heparin are proteins that promote endothelial angiogenesis, but they can interfere with transfection of target cells. Therefore, we added 1 ng/ml VEGF to meet the growth requirements of cells. During cell growth, most of it can be metabolized by cells, providing an environment conducive to transfection. Using our ECGM to culture cells will not cause cell deformation.

Suitable for the growth of mammalian endothelial cells other than human origin.
