Products Description
Uterine epithelial cell culture medium is the most suitable culture medium designed for the in vitro culture of normal maternal reproductive system cells. The buffer system of the culture medium is bicarbonate, and the pH value is 7.4 after equilibrium in a cell culture box containing 5% CO ₂. This medium has been tested to maintain the optimal growth state of epithelial cells and contains various components required for the growth of uterine and ovarian epithelial cells without adding any ingredients. After testing and optimization of six types of reproductive system epithelial cells, it can be directly used for in vitro culture of uterine or ovarian epithelial cells.
Medium Formula :
Basic culture medium: 500ml (P2800), uterine epithelial growth factor (UEGCS) 5ml (P2802), fetal bovine serum: 25ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)
Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
