The cells were derived from 1-year-old female Donor in nude mice; Forming small cell malignant tumor consistent with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma; Anti-thymocyte serum also has tumorigenic effect on newborn mice.

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth.
Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:
90% McCoy's 5A (MD0900)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)
DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
