Products Description

This strain is a subline of COLO 320DM (see BCRC 60108), developed after 16 months of continuous subculture; CEA and CSA p were negative; Colon antigen 3 was positive; Cytokeratin and vimentin were weakly positive. In nude mice inoculated with 10 (7) cells subcutaneously, tumors occurred at 80% frequency (4/5) within 21 days.

90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
