BT-20 human breast cancer cells

This breast tumor is composed of E.Y. Lasfargues and L. Ozzello cut the cells overflowing from the tumor into thin slices by isolating and culturing them in 1958. These cells expressed WNT3 and WNT7B oncogenes [PuMed: 8168088]. Mycoplasma contamination was discovered and eliminated in early 1972. tumor necrosis factor α （TNF α） Inhibiting the growth of BT-20 cells. BT-20 cells were negative for estrogen receptor, but expressed an estrogen receptor mRNA with exon 5 deletion.
