Human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (HUDMSC)

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multifunctional stem cells that exist in neonatal umbilical cord tissue. They can differentiate into a variety of tissue cells and have broad clinical application prospects. They are taken from fetal umbilical cord blood naturally delivered at full term, and are subjected to ultrafast centrifugation and enzyme digestion until they are frozen in P3 generation. They are released through CD44 and CD29 antigen combined immunofluorescence detection. With good proliferation and differentiation potential, using our mesenchymal stem cell culture medium, cells can grow by more than 15 times.

Medium and Culture Conditions:

MSCM mesenchymal stem cell culture medium (P2001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 degrees Celsius.

Freeze storage conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
