highQu qPCR mastermix is based on small molecule inhibitor technology, and hot start PCR allows for the highest sensitivity and specificity under standard and fast qPCR cycle conditions. They provide excellent results on both AT and GC rich templates and guarantee fast scaling, minimal or non-optimized early Ct values. ORA™ ROX L Real-time Green Fluorescent qPCR mixes offer the added advantage of simplifying the tracking process as they are coloured with an inert blue dye, making samples better visible during pipetting and processing. Our mastermix offers PCR water to ensure optimum performance. To accommodate a wide range of instruments, ORA™qPCR Green masterbatches are available in different versions - low or high ROX concentrations. For optional use, ROX passive reference dyes are premixed in ROX L and ROX H qPCR blends. If the buyer has an instrument for optional ROX testing and wishes to optionally standardize the signal, the user must select that option in the software.
