Mammary Epithelial Cell Medium is a complete medium containing BPE suitable for milk epithelial cells and immortalized mammary epithelial cell lines.
The mammary epithelial cell medium was tested and optimized by more than 6 kinds of animal-derived mammary cells. It was tested by stereepsis, mycoplasma free and endotoxin-free, and insulin, BPE, cortisol and other components were added. In order to realize the normal metabolic process of cells, the medium tried to reduce the components of growth stimulating factors.
Medium formula:
Base medium: 500ml (P1500), epithelial cell growth factor: 5ml, mammary cell growth factor: 10ml,G/A: 5ml(SD0038)
Note: There is no kit for 100ml bottle. It is prepared for whole bottle.
