HTR8 Human Chorionic Trophoblast Cells

The samples were taken from 6-12 weeks of placenta. Trophoblasts can be used for the study of trophoblast biology and placental function. They can improve our understanding of tumor progression, placental abnormalities, low invasion of preeclampsia and high invasion of trophoblastic tumors. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Tissue and Cell Type: chorionic trophoblast cells

Morphology: fibroblasts, adherent growth

Medium Formulation:

90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (MD0201)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
