C3H/10T1/2 Mouse Fibroblast

This cell line is composed of C Reznikoff、D. Brankow and C Heidelberger was isolated from C3H mouse embryonic cells in 1972. The department builder suggested to use it before P15. This cell is a contact inhibition type, does not produce tumor in homologous mice, has no background of natural transformation, and does not contain obvious endogenous transformed murine leukemia or sarcoma virus. The cell is easy to transfect and be transformed by chemical reagents. In order to maintain the original characteristics of the cell, the inoculation density, culture and passage cycle of the cell should be strictly controlled. The difference between serum batches may affect the experimental results of cell morphology and cell transfection. It is reported that the detection result of mouse pox virus (ECTV) is negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

90% MEM base (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+NEAA+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
