C6 Rat Glioma Cells

Glial cell line C6 is a rat glioma clone induced by Benda et al. with N-nitrosomethyllurea, and was established after a series of in vitro culture and animal passage. When cells grow from low density to full bottle, S-100 production increases by 10 times. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

87.5% F12K (MD0400)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+2.5% HS horse serum (SD0300)+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0100)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
