Products Description

Human non-small cell lung cancer cells, sampled from a 59-year-old male, were derived from lymph node metastasis. The patient was a smoker and smoked 80 packs per year. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.



Tissue and Cell Type lung; Isolated self-metastatic focus: lymph node

Morphology epithelioid cell-like, adherent growth

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+sodium pyruvate (SD0008)+L-glutamine (SD0007)+1% G/A(SD0038)

Link to complete medium:1640 complete medium (MD0222)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
