Products Description
The MH - s cell line is an immortalized SV40 cell line composed of mouse alveolar macrophage adherent cells. These cells retain many characteristics of alveolar macrophages, including the typical morphology of macrophages. They showed attachment type, phagocytic type, esterase positive and peroxidase negative. LPS can stimulate the production of IL-1.
These cells can inhibit the response of platelet-forming cells (PFC) in vitro. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Medium and Culture Conditions
90% 1640 base (MD0200)+10% FBS (SD0200)+0.05 mM mercaptoethanol (SD0031)+1% GA (SD0038)
Link to complete medium: 1640 complete medium (MD0206)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
