EA.hy926 Human Umbilical Vein Cell Fusion Cells

The human umbilical vein cell line, EA. hy926, was constructed by fusing the primary cultured human umbilical vein cells with the thioguanine-resistant A549 clone under PEG stress. The fusions were grown on HAT medium and screened with eight factor-related antigens. EA. hy926 has more than 100 population doubling (PDLs). The electron micrograph shows the cytoplasmic distribution of Weibel-Palade corpuscles, tissue-specific organelles, differentiated endothelial cell characteristics such as angiogenesis, homeostasis/thrombosis, blood pressure and inflammatory reaction.

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0100)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
