Mouse hepatocytes-

Our High Quality Mouse Hepatocytes have been isolated from mouse livers after liver perfusion and low-speed differential centrifugation. The hepatocytes are cryoperserved immediately after the experimental process and delivered frozen.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
