Mouse hepatic stellate cells-

Mouse Hepatic Stellate Cells (MHSteC) are isolated from Swiss mice. MHSteC are cryopreserved immediately after purification and delivered frozen (passage "0"). MHSteC is not recommend for expanding or long term cultures.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
