L1210 Mouse Lymphocytic Leukemia

In vitro suspension culture of mouse leukemia cells L1210 was first reported by G. Moore et al. (1966) and P. Himmelfarb et al. (1967). This cell line is widely used for routine screening of cytotoxic activities of chemical factors and natural products. 100% (5/5) of the nude mice were tumorigenic within 21 days after inoculation.
