PC-12 Rat Adrenal Pheochromocytoma Cells (undifferentiated)

The cell line is from transplantable adrenal pheochromocytoma of male rats. These cells express nerve growth factor (NGF) receptors. NGF can induce neural phenotype. These cells do not synthesize epinephrine. Through mycoplasma detection in this library.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

85% 1640 (MD0200)+5% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+10% heat-inactivated horse serum (SD0300)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (article number: MD0213)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
