(AoAF)(NHCF-A-V)
Human Cardiac-Related Fibroblasts include Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts (AoAF) isolated from the tunica external of the ascending or descending aorta and cardiac fibroblasts (NHCF-A and -V) isolated from the atrium or verticle.
Medium Formulation:
Fibroblast Culture Medium FGCM (P6001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
