Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-PB-Plasma is obtained by centrifugation of Acute Lymphoid Leukemia peripheral blood. This product has a diminished number of cells. Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-Plasma are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
Medium Formulation:
PBMC Serum-Free Cell Culture Medium (P1901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
