C57BL/6Liver Kupffer cells of C57BL / 6 mice-

C57BL/6 Mouse Liver Kupffer Cells are derived from the liver of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. Cells are grown in tissue culture flasks and incubated in AcceGen's Cell Culture Medium for 2-5 days. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 0 are detached from flasks and cryopreserved in vials. Each vial contains 3 x10^6cells and is delivered frozen. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Cells are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, CD11b by flow cytometry. Cells can be expanded on a multiwell culture plate ready for experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by AcceGen. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

Medium Formulation:

Hepatocyte Culture Medium HEPM (P2201)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
