B-CPAP Human Thyroid Cancer Cells (poorly Differentiated)

Human papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) B-CPAP was established in 1992 from the tumor tissue of a 76-year-old woman with metastatic papillary thyroid carcinoma. Initially classified as papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), it is now considered as poorly differentiated thyroid carcinoma.

Tissue and Cell Type: thyroid, thyroid tumor

Morphology: spindle or round cells, adherent growth

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM high glucose (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: DMEM high-sugar medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
