KLE Human Endometrial Carcinoma Cells

This cell is derived from a 64-year-old female patient with endometrial cancer. The number of cells planted in nude mice is 1 * 10 ^ 7, and the tumor is formed in about 21 days. The electron microscope observation of the tumor in nude mice shows that the microvilli and junction complex, and the nucleolar channel system is similar to the normal endometrium under the stimulation of progesterone. The tumor does not form glands.
