TT-D6 Mouse Tendon Cells

This strain of cells was isolated from the tendons of 8-week-old mice that were auto-transferred into SV40 large T antigen. TT-d6 cells can differentiate into dense connective tissue-like clusters. After being implanted into the defect site of mouse patella tendon, TT-d6 cells have the ability to differentiate into fibrocartilage tissue, showing multidirectional differentiation potential. 90% MEM (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: MEM complete medium (article number: MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Reference generation cycle: 3-4 days

Reference generation ratio: 1:2-1:3

Reference fluid change frequency: 2-3 days

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
