L6565 Mouse Leukemia Clone Cell Line

L6565 cells are derived from the spleen cell pancreatic suspension of L6565 leukemia mice. The number of chromosomes varies from 38 to 144. The electron microscope observation showed that the nuclear boundary of L6565 clone was clear, and the cytoplasm was rich in oragnalles and class A and class C virus particles. Overexpression of c-myc and c-fos. L6565 cell clone is a lymphocytic leukemia stem cell containing RNA virus. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
