FHs 74 Int Human Small Intestinal Epithelial Cells

Human intestinal epithelial cells FHs 74 Int, PAS negative. The samples were taken from women who were 3-4 months pregnant. Immunoperoxidase staining showed that the cytokeratin was negative. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

matters needing attention:

This cell is a normal diploid cell and does not have the ability of unlimited proliferation. We suggest that users complete the experiment within 5-8 times after receiving cells.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: serum-free cell cryopreservation solution (SD0002)
