Grace's Inspect Medium (GIM w/o BSA, FCS, Whole Egg Ultrafiltration)+fetal bovine serum (SD0200) gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 33.5 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete freezing solution: Cell Freezing Medium (4Z0-705)
