The cell was established from the peripheral blood of a 17-year-old woman with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL-L2) in 1990; The fusion gene containing t (17; 19) (q22; p13) TCF3-HLF (E2A-HLF) was identified by mycoplasma free/STR.
