H-4-II-E Rat Hepatoma Cells

This cell is derived from rat liver cancer tissue and used for the detection of chloride compounds in environmental samples and food extracts. It can induce the production of aromatics hydroxylase, which is used to detect pico-grade polychlorinated biphenyl organic compounds in environmental samples or food extracts. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
