MNNG/HOS Cl # 5 [R-1059-D] Human Osteosarcoma Cell

This cell line was sampled from a 13-year-old female and was transformed from HOS (ATCC CRL-1543TM) by 0.01mcg/ml MNNG (a carcinogenic nitrosamine). This cell line has high saturation concentration, high cloning rate in soft agar, and can form tumor in nude mice.
