HCCC-9810 Human Cholangiocytic Hepatoma Cells

The HCCC-9810 cell line originated from a female patient with hepatobiliary carcinoma. HCCC-9810 cells are epithelial-like cells with a chromosome mode of 71, but the number of chromosomes can vary from 22 to 117. The doubling time is 20.4 hours. The secretion level of AFP, CEA and CA19-9 is low, and the tumorigenesis rate in nude mice is 20%. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.
