Bewo Human Choriocarcinoma Cells

It was taken from human choriocarcinoma with brain metastasis and transplanted into hamster cheek pouch for 8 years. The transplanted tumor tissue was cultured in vitro to establish a cell line. Different sublines were established by different passage methods, and JEG-3 was its derived clone. This cell can produce estrogen, progesterone, estrone, estradiol, estriol, hCG, placental prolactin and keratin. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
