IB-RS-2 [IBRS-2] Rabbit kidney cells

Bovine kidney cell MDBK, also known as MDBK (NBL-1), NBL-1, Madin-Darby Bovine Kidney, Madin Darby Bovine Kidney. MDBK cells, short for Madin-Darby bovine kidney cells (also known as NBL-1), are a special biological resource derived from the kidneys of superficially healthy adult cattle (especially male individuals). These cells grow adherently and exhibit epithelioid morphology. One notable application of MDBK cells lies in their ability to facilitate in vitro studies of antigen expression derived from Eimeria bovines on host cell surface membranes.
