No.:CD0908
Price: ¥2000.00
Products Description
PK(15) [PK15, PK-15] is a cell line with epithelial morphology isolated from the kidneys of adult pigs. The presence of papillary (papillary) multi-tumor vacuolar virus has been reported from multiple sources of this strain. The USDA Exotic Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory has confirmed that this cell line is not infected and can be used to screen for porcine cholera virus or African swine fever virus. This cell carries endogenous C-type retrovirus. Porcine circovirus (PCV) positive. Keratin immunoperoxidase staining is positive. Virological research: This is the primary use of PK15 cells. It is highly sensitive to various porcine viruses and is commonly used for the isolation, proliferation, and research of swine fever virus, porcine pseudorabies virus, porcine circovirus, and others. Other pathogen studies: such as porcine epierythrocytes. Used to produce viral antigens or recombinant proteins.
