Products Description

Mouse models with Trp53-floxed (L) and Rb1-floxed (L) conditioned knockout were obtained through hybridization. Mice were administered nasal drops of adenovirus Cre recombinase (Ad-Cre) to knock out Trp53 and Rb1 in lung epithelial cells. Lung small cell lung cancer (SCLC) tumors were collected 6-8 months after treatment, and mouse small cell lung cancer (mSCLC) cell lines were established. Based on the expression of NCAM and CD44, the NCAMhiCD44lo/- group was named the metastatic SCLC cells (SMC). It has been reported that these cells can form tumors in immunodeficient mice. These cells were established by the team led by Researcher Ji Hongbin at the Center for Excellence in Molecular and Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and transferred to our database, which designated our database as the sole channel for sharing cell resources.
