LA795 [LA-795] Mouse lung cancer cells

Price: ¥1200.00
Products Description
Mouse lung adenocarcinoma cells LA795, also known as LA-795. This cell originates from the transplantable lung adenocarcinoma LA-795 strain, which Chinese scientists established in May 1979 in the inbred mouse T739 as a transplantable lung adenocarcinoma with spontaneous metastatic characteristics. Cells of this tumor strain were inoculated into homogeneous mice for subcutaneous transplantation and passaging, with a 100% lung metastasis rate and no spontaneous regression. The LA-795 tumor strain was cultured in vitro primary; cells began to grow after 24 hours, with epithelial-like round cells appearing 45 days after the first passage. After 108 passages over three years, growth stabilized, and it was named LA-795. The cell karyotype is subtetraploid, with chromosome modes of 69, 68, 67, and 66. These cells were successfully subcutaneously transplanted into mouse strains such as T739, 615, and KM, with a 100% lung metastasis rate in T739 mice, commonly used in lung cancer research, drug screening, and vaccine development.
