CTLL-2 Mouse T cells

Mouse T cell CTLL-2, also known as CTLL 2, CTLL2, or cytotoxic T lymphocyte cell line-2.
CTLL-2 cells are immortalized clones of cytotoxic T cells derived from C57BL/6 mouse lines. The growth of these cells depends on interleukin-2 (IL-2), which can be used to detect IL-2. Reports indicate that the cell tested negative for rodentiosis pox toxin. CTLL-2 cells are widely used in immunology research and serve as an important model for studying T cell function, IL-2-related mechanisms, and tumor immune responses.
