Panc02 [Pan02] Mouse pancreatic cancer cells

Panc02 [Pan02] cells are widely used mouse models in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma research, originally derived from pancreatic tumors generated in C57BL/6 mice by chemically inducing 3-methylcholanthrene. These cells can be implanted in situ into homogeneic mice to simulate the natural tumor environment, and can also be used for research into immune response and therapeutic resistance mechanisms in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
