C1498 Acute myeloid leukemia cells from mice

Mouse acute myeloid leukemia cell C1498 is a lymphoblastic cell isolated from a female mouse with acute myeloid leukemia, commonly used in immune system disease research. Reports indicate that the cell tested negative for mouse disease poxx, did not express B7-1 molecules on its surface, and was resistant to 0.1 mM cortisol.
