Products Description
Normal mouse liver cells FL83B, also known as FL-83B. This cell was isolated in 1969 by Waymouth C and colleagues at Jackson Lab from 15-17 day mouse embryonic livers as a spontaneous immortalized cell line. Reportedly, the cell karyotype is aneuploid, with a chromosome mode of 75 (between 65-79) and a polyploid rate of 22%. Additionally, these cells express cholesterol and glycogen, can store glycogen, actively synthesize cholesterol, and produce serum proteins.
