TSa2i-C57 Mouse haploidy embryonic stem cells with male-only genetic composition

The cell was formerly known as Ma2i-C57. Sperm from C57 BL/6 male mice was injected into mature B6D2F1 female denucleated oocytes, cultured into blastocysts, then transferred to a2i medium to obtain inner cell clusters and expand to establish the mouse parthenodermal haploid embryonic stem cell line TSa2i-C57 (formerly known as Ma2i-C57). For detailed information on blastocyst acquisition, please refer to the references. The line-building process of embryonic stem cells is similar to traditional line-building methods.
