G-Olig2 Mouse embryonic stem cells G-Olig2

G-Olig2 cells were constructed by inserting green fluorescent protein (GFP) into the Olig2 gene (a lineage-specific transcription factor). GFP expression can be observed in living cells where the neurons differentiate from this cell. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
