Products Description

Nanog-GFP cells were constructed by Hatano et al. in 2005. Through homologous recombination, 2.5 kb upstream and 3.9 kb downstream fragments of Nanog ORF were selected as homologous arms, and the Nanog gene on one chromosome was replaced with the GFP gene (GFP-IRES-PURO-PA cassette), thereby constructing heterozygous mES cells driven by the Nanog promoter to express GFP. These mES cells express GFP when undifferentiated, but do not express GFP after differentiation. Each cell volume is 1×106。 Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
