J1 Mouse embryonic stem cells

J1 cells originate from the gray 129S4/SvJae embryo of male rats. These cells can enter the germline. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
CF-1 MEF should be used as the cell feed layer during culture.

Freezing conditions:  90% FBS (SD0200) + 10% DMSO

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
