CE3 Mouse embryonic stem cells

CE3 originates from the mouse embryonic stem cell line D3. CE3 includes a "receptor" module that enables efficient dual lox targeting and features GFP expression. After neural differentiation, CE3 cells strongly express GFP, making it suitable for cell tracing during tissue culture and transplantation. This cell line is also resistant to prothromycin. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
During culture, Kunming MEF should be used as the culture layer cells.
