ES-D3 [D3] Mouse embryonic stem cell

Without a feeding layer or conditioned medium, ES-D3 [D3] cells spontaneously differentiate into embryonic structures. They can be injected back into the blastocyst and enter the reproductive system. Undifferentiated D3 cells can be genetically modified using gene targeting techniques. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative.
During culture, Kunming MEF (SCSP-101R) should be used as the culture layer cells. Cryopreservation tube cells are P12.

Freezing conditions:  90% FBS (SD0200) + 10% DMSO

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
