ES-E14TG2a Mouse embryonic stem cells

This cell lacks hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HGPRT or HPRT) and is resistant to 0.06 mM 6-thiolaguine. When cultured on a feeding layer (embryonic fibroblasts or STO cells), the cells remain undifferentiated. Without a feeding layer, cells spontaneously differentiate and form embryonic structures. When injected into the blastocyst, the cells can enter the germline. After conventional molecular gene modification techniques, they can be used to reconstruct mouse embryos. Each batch passed mycoplasma testing in the database and was negative. When frozen in our database, it is P8 generation.
During culture, Kunming MEF should be used as the culture layer cells.
